Part II in the series Ugly Women

This past week, ugly Western women in media displayed a level of uncivil discourse, gracelessness, vulgarity and immoral behavior not hitherto seen. And as the proverb goes, “Like a gold ring in a pig’s snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion.”

Let’s start with Kathy Griffin, who for whatever reason decided it was time to crawl out from under her rock and appear on the daytime talk show “The View,” where she whined that Trump had sicced the FBI on her and ruined her life, this of course after she infamously posed with the severed and bloodied head of a Trump dummy, mimicking the barbaric beheading crimes of Isis.

The press reported that the network had to “bleep” much of her diatribe out because of the number of times she cursed and there are reports that her feed was actually cut due to her vulgarity.

Not only did Griffin not display any level of sensitivity when she decided that an Isis-like meme beheading Trump was not tasteless, she has failed to take responsibility for her actions.

It was reported that the FBI was, indeed, investigating the incident, but it’s highly suspect that she is being continually harassed by the FBI. Griffin just isn’t that important, and let’s be politically honest here, the FBI hasn’t been Trump’s biggest fan. It’s also obvious to most of us that Griffin’s popularity took a nose dive when she took comedy to a vitriolic and dark place. And where I come from, we must face the consequences of our actions.

But Griffin has learned no lessons when it comes to tasteless and vulgar behavior. Griffin attended the White House Correspondence dinner as a guest of Washington Blade editor Kevin Naff, where it was reported that she told Deputy White House Press Spokesman Hogan Gidley to, “suck my d**k. No really, suck my d**k.”

Next up is another so-called comedian, Michelle Wolf, who used her opportunity to speak at the White House Correspondence dinner to tear down Trump’s White House Press Secretary Sara Huckabee Sanders’ appearance and celebrated the murder of infants in the womb. Having watched her monologue, I can attest to the vulgarity and poor taste this woman displayed.

Wolf embodied the characteristic of every mean girl the so-called feminists revile, attacking an accomplished professional woman by attacking her looks, not her competency. Nothing could have been more cruel or heartless. But far more distasteful than her personal attacks was her total disregard for life with her crude remarks on abortion. In fact, Wolf appears to be the head doorman to the gates of hell, proudly holding the door open for her followers. This isn’t comedy. Nuff said.

Let’s talk liars. Joy Reid is not only the biggest liar I have seen in recent memory but she is the poorest liar I have ever seen. Reid was recently called out when a conservative sleuth nosed around her old blog and found out that she had written homophobic rants, which for an establishment media darling, is akin to being outed as a Nazi sympathizer. Personally, I couldn’t care less what Reid thinks about homosexuality, what I find so distasteful are the number of lies she has been found out in the telling by trying to deny that she was in fact, the author of the posts. Also distasteful was her need to disparage homosexuals in such an ugly manner. Fact check this Reid: homosexuals are people too.

The duplicity, the double standards, the casual lying and justification Reid has employed is emblematic of what ugly, progressive women embody. They seem to be devoid of any virtues and lack characteristically feminine attributes such as kindness and empathy, which I wrote about extensively in my previous article Ugly Women Are Proliferating like Dandelions.

Finally, there is Netflix producer, Alexander Canosa, who just this week claimed she was raped nine times over a nine year period by Harvey Weinstein. Rape certainly does happen and by all accounts Weinstein is a despicable human being. But nine times? Unless you were tied up and held in a basement, you were a willing participant in at least eight sexual acts with a predator. Canosa says Weinstein threatened her job and her future. And there you have it. By Canosa’s own account, her career and her own self-respect were more important to her than her sexual escapades with deplorable Weinstein. I can’t even find a drop of sympathy for this twisted fame whore.

Ugly women are indeed proliferating like dandelions and I am not holding out much hope that Jezebel can be rehabilitated. Most of the women we see lauded in the national media do not represent typical American values or the average woman’s viewpoint, which is why I find it maddening when they purport to speak for all women. Most of all, I just find ugly women completely sad.

Rage, hate and resentment do not make the building blocks of a happy life. Once the bloom is off the rose for many of these women, they will find themselves alone, unfulfilled and bitter. Rather than tearing down others and society, they would do well to examine their own hearts and use their platforms and or beauty as a light to a hopeless world. “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil; for of the abundance of his heart his mouth speaketh.” Luke 6:45
