The Ticking Time Bomb AG Bill Barr Just Lit

While the mainstream media rushed to dissect the Mueller report released by Attorney General Barr yesterday for anything that could be used to impugn Trump and his supporters celebrated his exoneration on Twitter, a ticking Barr bomb was lit to detonate in the near future. Interestingly, pundits on the left and right appear to have missed it.

In his prepared statement on the release of the redacted Mueller report, Barr took pains to say that not only did the special investigation find that Trump had not colluded with Russia to interfere with the 2016 presidential election, but that no other American had interfered. Full stop. Why in such a carefully worded press release would Barr make a statement that directly contradicts what we know of the collusion cooked up among the Democratic National Party, the Clinton campaign, Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS? Or did he?

It appears Barr knew exactly what words to use when he said that no other American had interfered in the election by colluding with Russian operatives. This is key because the National Democratic Party and the Clinton campaign did, in fact, collude to deceive the FISA Court and illegally spy on the Trump campaign when it hired Fusion GPS through Bruce Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, a contractor for GPS. GPS in turn hired Christopher Steele, a former British spy to create the false dossier they needed to get approval for surveillance. A dossier that even Steele will not confirm is accurate.

In his recently released, closed-door testimony before the joint Judiciary and Oversight Committee, Ohr confirmed that he told the FBI about his wife’s relationship with Fusion GPS prior to the first FISA application, reaffirming the GOP Intel memo’s assertion that Nellie Ohr’s connection to Fusion GPS, which produced the key piece of evidence in the FISA application, was “inexplicably concealed” from the FISA Court. In his testimony, career Justice Department official Ohr also admitted to staying in direct contact with Steele even after he was terminated as an FBI source over reports that he was leaking to reporters.

Even more damaging, Ohr testified that he told the FBI about the connection between the Clinton campaign and the dossier. Barr’s careful use of the phrase that no other American colluded with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election was a brilliant drop of a carefully crafted bomb set to detonate on other dirty cops and Justice officials that had, in fact, interfered with the election but had no direct ties to Russian operatives. Barr’s use of the phrase no other American was specific enough to exonerate President Trump and his campaign officials of Russian collusion but to leave the door wide open for investigating other dirty Justice Department and FBI officials who had interfered in the election, but wouldn’t have fallen into the the special counsel’s purview of investigating Russian collusion.

As part of his investigation into misconduct at the Justice Department and the FBI, House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA), has sent criminal referrals to the Justice Department that detail “multiple referrals on a number of different crimes,” including leaking classified information. We know there was collusion among the Clinton campaign and the Justice Department and FBI officials. Loretta Lynch, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates and others were all working to deceive the FISA Court to illegally spy on President Trump and his campaign staff and had worked to deceive the FISA Court.

In an interview with Breitbart, Nunes said he plans to interview about 50 people—some who have never been called before Congress—who were involved or know about the pushing of the “pee dossier” within various U.S. government agencies, and its use to get a surveillance warrant on former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

The flurry of impeachment talk by Democrats will be used to detract from the the wider story, which is the inside collusion to take down a dully elected President and the media’s complicity in it. Interestingly, Rod Rosenstein, who stood behind Barr as he delivered his speech at the Mueller report press conference stood like a frozen mannequin, rarely blinking or even moving. As you may recall, it was Rosenstein who secretly suggested on more than one occasion to wear a wire in order to entrap President Trump and pave the wave for impeachment. The fuse has been lit, and it’s going to get a lot more interesting in days to come.
