Wonderland: Bill Barr’s High Treason and Elijah’s Mental Breakdown

When Attorney General Bill Barr said on Tuesday in an interview with AP that the U.S. Justice Department has uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election, it was like experiencing a kick in the gut.

Not because I ever believed in the integrity of our Justice Department or even Barr’s fidelity to our Constitutional system, but because it was the consummate official seal over the gaslighting we have all been enduring.

Barr’s words iced the cake of a system so impossibly corrupt and so thoroughly eaten with worms, that it leaves no room for doubt that the system must be completely wiped clean. We are in Alice’s Wonderland.

This is not hyperbole. As powerful people such as Sidney Powell and Lin Wood surround the Kraken rather than release him, crooked judges and crooked officials fight ever harder to preserve their wicked kingdom.

As U.S. Special Forces were reportedly killed in securing servers in Germany—servers being guarded by our own corrupt CIA—judges in Georgia issue orders then rescind them and the media behaves like Alice’s Mad Hatter, denying the theft of our votes.

Smart men and women understand that there are lessons we can learn from history and whether you believe in God or not, the story of Elijah contains an important history lesson for today that we can all learn from and—more important—be encouraged by.

Elijah was a powerful prophet of God in the Old Testament. Biblical history tells us that he killed hundreds of the prophets of Baal and Asherah that thrived under the corrupt and wicked rule of King Ahab.

And just as today when President Trump clearly won re-election and after Elijah completely slaughtered Ahab’s prophets, there is no victory. Ahab’s wife, Jezebel, immediately threatened Elijah’s life and he fled to the wilderness in fear and exhaustion.

It is hard not to miss how the re-election of President Trump has also had the same effect on the irredeemably wicked Democrats.

Attorneys on Trump’s legal team have been forced to flee like Elijah, resigning as a result of the many threats they have received to their own lives and the lives of their families. Hundreds of officials who have served in the Trump administration are told they will be blacklisted, never to be employed again.

In the desert, Elijah came to a broom tree, sat down under it and prayed that he might die. “I have had enough, LORD,” he said.

I agree. Fighting evil is always exhausting. Americans are exhausted.

Like Elijah, it feels as if our domestic enemies are too numerous and too powerful for us to defeat. In the book of Kings we are told that, “Ahab son of Omri did more evil in the eyes of the LORD than any of those before him.”

This is quite a statement on the level of corruption in Israel.

Not only were good people living under a corrupt and evil government, Ahab’s wife, Jezebel, supported the false prophets that Elijah had just slaughtered: “Jezebel supported 450 prophets of Baal and 400 prophets of Asherah.”

Sounds eerily like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. When Jezebel threatened Elijah’s life for killing her prophets, this was no idle threat. She had enormous political power as the wife of King Ahab. Elijah had stirred up the hornets nest as much as Trump has done today.

In August, Hillary told Biden not to concede under any circumstance and Speaker Pelosi has said that they will fumigate Trump from the White House and coranate Biden king.

Biden himself blurted out on the “Trevor Noah Show” that the military would remove President Trump, declaring he “would be efficiently escorted from the premises.”

In a not widely reported New York Times article by Ben Smith, a group of Democrats were said to have participated in a war-gaming election simulation program.

In one scenario, John Podesta, the former chair of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and pizza-eating, spirit-cooking power broker, played former Vice President Joe Biden, and refused to concede the election:

“But conveniently, a group of former top government officials called the Transition Integrity Project actually gamed four possible scenarios, including one that doesn’t look that different from 2016: a big popular win for Mr. Biden, and a narrow electoral defeat, presumably reached after weeks of counting the votes in Pennsylvania. For their war game, they cast John Podesta, who was Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, in the role of Mr. Biden. They expected him, when the votes came in, to concede, just as Mrs. Clinton had.

“But Mr. Podesta, playing Mr. Biden, shocked the organizers by saying he felt his party wouldn’t let him concede. Alleging voter suppression, he persuaded the governors of Wisconsin and Michigan to send pro-Biden electors to the Electoral College.

“In that scenario, California, Oregon, and Washington then threatened to secede from the United States if Mr. Trump took office as planned. The House named Mr. Biden president; the Senate and White House stuck with Mr. Trump. At that point in the scenario, the nation stopped looking to the media for cues, and waited to see what the military would do.”

Governmental intrigue and the epic fight against evil is certainly not new and is carefully recorded in the book of Kings for us today.

God’s response to Elijah’s epic mental and spiritual breakdown is encouraging and one we can take comfort from today as we watch and listen to the lies, treason and intrigue playing out before our very own eyes.

Rather than admonish Elijah for his weariness in fighting, the Lord sympathizes with him, agreeing that it is, in fact, too much for him. One of Elijah’s mistakes was that he believed he was fighting great corruption and evil on his own.

At the end of Elijah’s odyssey and restoration to a sound mind, God assures him that this is not, in fact, the case. He reminds Elijah that He is still in control:

“Yet I reserve seven thousand in Israel—all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal and whose mouths have not kissed him.”

There are good people fighting against our own domestic enemies in the battleground states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona and Wisconsin.

God is clearly involved in and over the affairs of men. Kingly intrigue, corrupt officials and wicked people do not go unnoticed by Him and they do not surprise Him.

Do not lose heart in the fight for our Republic. Just as Elijah could not see the wider picture, neither do we. God is still in control and He is still on His throne.

God, who lives outside of time and who sees the beginning and the end, is not daunted by the evilness of men, who are really just puppets of the evil one. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

Pelosi and company would do well to remember the demise of Jezebel, who met a very violent and bloody end for her deeds and was eaten by the dogs. #Reignwell
